What is 1 serving of Dark Leafy Greens? According to the FDA, 75 grams of most dark leafy greens counts as 1 serving of vegetables. For reference, finely chopped that's roughly 1 cup. We have two serving options because not everyone needs a full 75 grams of greens each day. What's most important is how much your body needs to feel the benefits, and everyone will be a little different, so we have options:
- 40 grams of leafy greens per serving or
- 75 grams of leafy greens per serving
